KASPER Timber Construction s.r.o. is looking for an accountant with experience for the economic department in Trutnov, who will manage accounting for the group companies, process monthly and annual financial statements including consolidation, ensure invoicing, asset recording, and tax returns. We require a secondary school education in economics, experience in a similar position, knowledge of accounting standards and MS Office (knowledge of K2 is an advantage) and above all, independence and responsibility. Who are we looking for?
Secondary education in economics;
experience in a similar position;
good knowledge of accounting procedures, standards, and laws;
very good knowledge of MS Office, knowledge of the K2 information system is an advantage;
work commitment, independence, responsibility, reliability, organizational skills, loyalty.
What awaits you?
management of accounting operations for companies in this group;
preparation of monthly and annual financial statements;
preparation of the annual consolidated financial statements;
handling of internet banking;
asset records, inventory of assets;
billing for services and rentals;
management of the cash register, processing of travel orders;
processing of VAT returns, property tax returns, preparation of reports, analyses, summaries, cash flow forecasts;
preparation of documentation for grant projects and their settlements;
processing of statistical reports;
handling of data boxes (deputy);
archiving of documents;
assistance in preparing company regulations.
